RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your Magically Scented products. Please review our policy below:
- Regular Products: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us at shop@magicallyscented.us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue store credit.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened candles, wax melts, lotions, and room sprays cannot be returned.
SUBSCRIPTION BOX REFUND POLICY
All subscription box sales are final once shipped. No refunds or exchanges on shipped boxes. If you experience an issue with your box, please contact us at shop@magicallyscented.us within 7 days of delivery.
