Cancellation policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at shop@magicallyscented.us. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for options after shipment.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
We're sorry to see you go! Here's everything you need to know about cancelling your Magically Scented Monthly Box subscription:
- How to cancel: Log into your account at magicallyscented.us or email us at shop@magicallyscented.us.
- Cancellation deadline: Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.
- When it takes effect: Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Refunds: All sales are final once your box has been shipped. No refunds or exchanges on shipped boxes. If you experience an issue, contact us at shop@magicallyscented.us within 7 days of delivery.
- Pausing: Need a break? You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months from your account dashboard.
